Story by: Doug Foreman NEW WASHINGTON, OH  -  On opening night of Buckeye Central High School football, a special memorial ceremony was given to honor Bill Shaeffer.         Bill was a member of the Buckeye Central Chain Crew for over 20 years.  His wife, Sandy, along with family members Kim Shaeffer, Rochelle Renninger, Scott, Susan, Morgan, Emily and Noah Sheaffer, Paul, Veronica and Dalton Sheaffer, Keith and Jant Bloom were all at the Opening plus Parents Night.         A sign was presented to Sandy to honor Bill, and will be placed on the bench at the football field.  This way, Bill will continue to have his front row seat reserved forevermore.         The Buckeye Central Football Team will have a WS sticker on their helmets this season.  It will on along with the #12 sticker, which is to honor Mike Fike.
