BUCYRUS, OH - On Saturday, October 25th, the annual Miss Crawford County Pageant was held immediately after the Mardi Gras parade, along with the Junior King and Queen Junior Mardi Gras Pageant at Bucyrus City Hall.
The young ladies that are selected to compete for Miss Crawford County are the First Runners-Up to the High School's Homecoming Queen. Miss Crawford County receives a $200, while First Runner Up receives $100, with the Second Runner Up receiving $50.
Vying this year for the crown was: Jennifer Konstantinidis of Bucyrus High School; Alyssa Zaebst of Buckeye Central High School; Rachel Breyley of Colonel Crawford High School; and Shay Cuffman of Wynford High School.
